Bucerius Law School is home to a number of very active research institutes and centres, such as the Institute for Foundation Law and the Law of Non-Profit-Organisations, the Institute for Corporate and Capital Markets Law, the Center for Transnational IP, Media and Technology Law and Policy, the Center for Family Business Law, the Center for Learning in Law, the Institute for Medical Law and the Center for International Dispute Resolution.
